Qualifications

• AA degree required and Bachelors preferred.
• 8+ years of direct, related sales support experience.
• Experience in data entry, scheduling production and tracking orders.
• Strong professional communication skills including phone, written/email and presentations.
• Experience in customer service dealing with clients directly and problem solving.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong computer skills with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales accounts and provide technical/administrative product information.
• Perform daily clerical tasks: data entry, quotations, and document processing.
• Monitor inventory and follow up on ETA with purchasers.
• Coordinate between sales, purchasing, production, procurement and logistics.
• Update clients on order status and handle credit issues and returns.
• Develop customer relationships and produce reports for clients.
