Job description

The Regional Supply Chain Analyst develops reporting and audit tools utilized for warehouse and yards, and reviews regional supply chain performance. Develops and reports metrics to improve processes and ensure optimal use of Supply Chain systems. Analyzes data for replenishment and forecasting, and presents findings to management.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and manage inventory control applications and tools; assist in report development and distribution.
2. Maintain and track supply chain metrics; prepare metrics for management presentations.
3. Support monthly regional inventory reviews, compiling statistical data on usage, loss, transfer, vendor performance, and warehouse transactions to aid in establishing audit standards.
4. Use data analysis to identify material requirements and design forecasting methodologies for key products.
5. Develop and maintain standard formats, templates, and operating procedures.
6. Assist with training and support on supply chain processes and practices within the region.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills / Abilities and Knowledge

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to gather requirements and deliver results efficiently.
• Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
