Appian is seeking a strategic Director of Sales Strategy & Field Operations to join our Sales Operations team in Boston, MA. This role requires extensive experience and will serve as a key partner to the Commercial North America Theater.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related field.
• Proven success developing strong relationships with sales leadership.
• Experience in a matrixed, fast-paced SaaS environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Field Sales Operations leader supporting the Commercial North America sales organization.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to design and implement GTM strategies.
• Lead strategic planning for territories and sales capacity modeling.
