Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services seeks a Sales Planning Lead to own the integrated capacity forecast from five inputs across Sales, Sales Engineering, Operations, Finance and Customer Success. You’ll reconcile forecasts, manage the S&OP cadence, and communicate risks and opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in capacity or demand planning, program management, or business operations.
Experience leading integrated planning across multiple functions and data sources.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated capacity forecast from five inputs across functions.
Run the S&OP cadence and document decisions with a formal log.
Manage end-to-end capacity programs, milestones, and dependencies.
Lead backstop and capacity-demand reconciliation with data center and finance.
Translate forecasts into actionable allocation and sales support decisions.
Develop executive-ready capacity dashboards and reports.
