Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong financial statement analysis skills, and familiarity with AI tools and trade credit financing options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Finance procedures is a plus.
• Advanced financial statement analysis skills and interpretation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and trade credit financing options.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support HYVE Financial Operations and delivery of services to clients/customers.
• Provide analytics and data for decision making to justify profitability.
• Oversee analysts across multiple financial areas (inventory, margins, overhead, spend).
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvements and value add for customers/clients.
• Assist with customer issue resolution and advocate for the customer across departments.
• Provide guidance to team members and promote best practices.
