AmproADLINK Technology seeks a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to coordinate the Sales Operations team and align with other stakeholders to drive growth for ADLINK’s Americas business. The role is office-based and requires strong leadership and process optimization skills.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales operations/management, excellent communication, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in sales operations and management.
• Experience managing teams and training staff.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages Customer Account Management Specialist team and plans projects supporting order fulfillment.
• Reviews and updates sales processes and implements sales automation tools.
• Ensures compliance with revenue recognition policies for bookings and shipments.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel for efficient sales operations.
• Creates and reviews Bills of Materials for item configurations.
• Reviews credit returns/cancellations/order pushes with management.
• Acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reviews forecasting for customers.
• Manages and reviews Sales Orders.
• Supervises employees in Sales Operations, including hiring and training.
