Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to drive the Sales Event Program and optimize resources across Sales, Marketing, Culinary, and Supply Chain. The role emphasizes program management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing CPG environment.

The position is onsite in Walnut Creek, CA with a hybrid schedule, four days in the office weekly and flex Fridays.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in sales operations, event management, or related field.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to lead cross-functional programs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Event Program from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Manage trade shows, retailer events, and customer activations within budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Culinary, and Supply Chain teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Develop and maintain centralized sales resources and tools.
