Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to enable the Sales organization to operate efficiently. You’ll lead the Sales Event Program, manage centralized resources, and coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Culinary, and Supply Chain to improve market readiness.

The role requires strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to balance day-to-day work with process improvements in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in sales operations, event management, program or project management, or related field.
• Experience planning and executing trade shows, customer events, meetings, or large-scale programs.
• Strong project-management skills: multi-priority, budgets, deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication across functions.
• Experience developing/maintaining centralized resources or sales tools.
• Proficiency with SharePoint or similar CMS.
• Experience with Wrike or other project-management platforms.
• Willingness to travel for priority events/meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Event Program, including evaluation, selection, planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage trade shows, retailer events, sales activations, and other customer-facing events within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive event strategies and execution.
• Source and manage vendors and external partners to expand/improve event programming.
• Oversee sample fulfillment and distribution, deployment, and return of event materials.
• Establish strategy/deployment plan for large-scale event assets.
• Manage inventory of sales assets with Sales Operations Specialist.
• Travel to support priority customer events and activations.
