Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with multi-priority management.
• Familiarity with SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transportation Coordination: Arrange shipments with carriers and 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management: Verify product availability and coordinate with procurement to meet demand.
• Order Processing: Process incoming orders, verify details, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Supply Chain and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the supply chain.
• Back-up support: Provide coverage for Costco Operations Account Manager.
