Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to enable the Sales organization to operate effectively from its Walnut Creek, CA base. The role leads the Sales Event Program, manages centralized resources and tools, and drives cross-functional projects that improve market readiness and product launches.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales operations or related fields, strong program management, and experience coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Culinary, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in sales operations, event management, or related fields.
• Strong program and project-management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Event Program including planning, budgeting, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage trade shows, retailer events, and customer-facing activations within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive event strategies and execution.
• Source and manage vendors and external partners for event programming.
• Oversee samples, assets, and inventory related to sales events.
• Travel to support priority events as needed.
• Build and maintain central information hub for sales materials and tools.
