Job summary

Kinder’s in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Director, Customer Operations, Retail and Alternative Channels to lead service and order execution across these portfolios and to develop two Senior Managers. You will set priorities, standardize order management, and align Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance around customer needs.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Customer Operations and drives performance and cost-to-serve improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer operations or supply chain within CPG.
• Experience leading multi-team customer operations groups.
• Strong knowledge of retailer order requirements and replenishment.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Retail and Alternative Channels Senior Managers.
• Set priorities and service standards across channels.
• Oversee order-to-delivery performance from order receipt to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to meet customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
