Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, account support, or a related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal support partner for National Account Managers and the Sales team.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer requests, internal communications, and cross-functional support.
• Set up new customers and locations within company systems.
• Manage orders efficiently to ensure a consistent flow of revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the operational execution of new product launches.
• Act as the primary contact for internal logistics and operational issues.
• Become the subject matter expert on assigned customers' retail systems and processes.
• Manage customer pricing updates, profiles, and related documentation.
• Analyze customer ordering trends and behaviors to identify changing needs and opportunities for improvement.
