Position Overview

We seek an experienced Sales Operations Business Partner to work remotely from Mesa, AZ. This role oversees the execution and continuous improvement of our sales playbook, reporting, analytics, and tech stack. It requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments to equip our sales teams with the necessary tools, content, training, and resources to succeed.

Essential Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
  • Document, maintain, and communicate all sales processes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update content management systems like SharePoint Sales Enablement site.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and adapt to business changes.
Sales Technology & Training
  • Ensure effective use of sales tools like Salesforce, providing training and guidance.
  • Standardize reporting in Salesforce, overseeing data quality standards for funnel health, quota attainment, sales cycle, prospects, and team usage.
  • Develop ad-hoc and custom reports in Salesforce to meet emerging business needs.
Data Analysis
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for sales and process improvements, driving data-informed decisions.
  • Challenge the status quo with curiosity, data-driven insights, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Support sales leaders in managing forecasts and pipelines to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience in deploying sales onboarding and training programs.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tech stacks and implementing new tools.
  • Salesforce administrator certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or similar roles, with 2+ years managing complex sales initiatives.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience managing sales forecasts for new business, expansions, and renewals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
  • Expertise in reporting, dashboards, Excel, and PowerPoint.
