We're supporting a global engineering innovator that is redefining fluid and motion control solutions across industries—from life sciences to industrial automation.

They're currently searching for a data-savvy and commercially-minded Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join their team in Southern California. If you're the kind of person who loves digging into datasets, finding the "why" behind the numbers, and transforming data into strategy—this one's for you.

What you'll be doing :

  • Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to unlock insights that drive strategic decisions
  • Extracting, modeling, and visualizing data from tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and ERP systems
  • Identifying performance trends, analyzing market and customer behavior, and supporting revenue growth initiatives
  • Developing predictive models for sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline health
  • Enabling cross-functional teams with clear dashboards and business intelligence reporting
  • Leading initiatives to improve data hygiene, process optimization, and system enhancements

What we're looking for :

  • 5+ years in sales / business analytics, preferably in a B2B or engineering environment
  • Strong grasp of CRM systems (Salesforce is a big plus)
  • Experience working with large datasets, predictive modeling, and presenting insights to execs
  • Someone who sees patterns, builds logic, and thrives on solving commercial puzzles

Location & Flexibility :

  • Based in Orange County, CA
  • Hybrid role (3 days onsite after a 90-day onboarding period)

This is a high-impact role with visibility across leadership, with the autonomy to influence strategic direction through analytics. You'll be instrumental in shaping how data drives decisions.
