About the Role & Team:
Amplitude's GTM Strategy & Operations team is leading the strategy, planning and operational management across the GTM teams for Amplitude. Sales Strategy & Operations is a critical business partner and growth enabler leading our sales strategy, planning and operations for Sales. We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. This individual will play a critical role in managing our global forecasting and renewal operations, while serving as the strategic operations partner to our Strategic Enterprise business. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, systems, and strategy-ideal for someone who understands the mechanics of recurring revenue and is passionate about scaling B2B SaaS.
In this role you will split your time between supporting the global business while also supporting the Strategic Americas segment.

This role is eligible for equity, benefits and other forms of compensation. Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado. Colorado range: $104,000 - $157,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $116,000 - $174,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $104,000 - $157,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $104,000 - $157,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission) Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans.
