First Onsite is seeking a Manager, Sales to lead and support a high-performing team in Nashville. You will prospect, close new business, and expand wallet share while coordinating with National and Regional teams, leveraging Salesforce to track pipelines, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will recruit, hire, and develop top talent, build strong relationships with clients and partners, collaborate with operations to ensure seamless project delivery, and support the RFP process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution-based sales experience.
• 4+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Proven success in driving new business and exceeding revenue goals.
• Bachelor's degree; Salesforce knowledge preferred.
