Job summary

A leading packaging solutions company in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Senior Recruiter specialized in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. You'll drive sales growth in the premium spirits packaging segment, leveraging your established industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven outside sales experience and strong communication skills, with a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 plus bonus structure and benefits.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of specialty liquor glass.
• Experience with premium packaging manufacturers or distributors.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in the specialty spirits glass market.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Build & maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at major spirits producers.
