Job summary

The Kali Hotel & Rooftop, Autograph Collection in Los Angeles opens soon and seeks a Senior Sales Manager to build a foundational account base. You will drive proactive prospecting, nurture relationships across corporate, group, sports and entertainment segments, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue.

During pre-opening you will identify priority accounts, deploy targeted segments and prepare for a successful grand opening, with a strong emphasis on producing measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years hospitality sales experience in lifestyle or full-service hotels.
• Proven success in prospecting and closing new business.
• Strong portfolio development and account management.
• Experience with group, corporate and events sales.
• Familiarity with Marriott sales systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in a pre-opening environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and persuasive property presentations, site inspections and client experiences.
• Travel as needed for outside sales calls, client meetings, networking and competitive research.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel product, competitive set, Hollywood Park Campus and surrounding market.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, hotel leadership and internal partners.
• Support pre-opening sales initiatives and launch activities.
• Partner with Marketing and Revenue Management to align proactive sales efforts.
