Job summary

Leslie's Aqua Quip division is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to grow revenue and profitability across our showrooms. As part of the leadership team, you will implement the company vision in all customer-facing areas and coach leaders at every level to achieve strategic goals.

You will guide budgeting, pricing integrity, product and showroom expansion, and promotional activities while fostering a high-performance sales culture and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-location teams in retail.
• Ability to set budgets and monitor P&L.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue and expense goals with direct P&L accountability.
• Direct budget projections and enforce budget accountability at each location.
• Ensure price integrity based on sales and margin goals.
• Oversee product/services showroom strategy and expansion plans.
• Coordinate promotional and marketing activities and events.
• Evaluate key metrics to improve sales efficiency and performance.
• Lead training, motivate, and develop the sales team.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and personnel development.
• Direct performance reviews and coaching for decision making.
• Ensure training on policies and standards for all staff.
• Maintain professional showroom appearance and inventory accuracy.
• Drive cross-department communication and KPI alignment.
• Lead standardized sales processes across large-ticket categories.
• Oversee internal Web Chat and Web Store revenue initiatives.
