Bonneville International is seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager for the Denver market. The role focuses on growing market share by offering integrated marketing solutions, developing client relationships, and coaching account executives to achieve revenue targets.

This onsite position requires leadership across radio and digital brands, while maintaining budgets and driving performance metrics. A strong track record in sports talk broadcasting is preferred.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of successful sales experience, including 2–3 years as a manager, preferably in sports talk broadcasting.
• Strong proficiency with inventory pricing and management.
• Experience designing campaigns across radio, web, mobile and social media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and attract top sales talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with reps, buyers, planners, and clients.
• Own station budgets and revenue goals; develop strategies to improve sales year over year.
• Develop targeted marketing solutions across multiple media products including radio, web, mobile, and social.
• Mentor and develop the sales team through training and goal setting.
