Bonneville Denver seeks a dynamic General Sales Manager to lead the Denver market. You will grow market share by creating integrated marketing solutions, developing client relationships, coaching account executives, and driving revenue growth across radio, digital and events.

This onsite leadership role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor a sales team while achieving budgets.

Qualifications

• Five years of successful sales experience, including two to three years in management.
• Experience in sports talk/spoken word broadcasting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Wide Orbit and Salesforce; Nielsen Ratings understanding.
• Excellent understanding of pricing and inventory management.
• Proven history of achieving budgets on multiple platforms.
• Experience designing multimedia campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract top sales talent.
• Communicate effectively to build relationships with reps, buyers, planners, and clients.
• Take full ownership of station budgets and revenue goals.
• Develop targeted marketing solutions across radio, web, mobile and social media.
• Develop sales team through mentoring, goal setting, training, and other management practices.
