Le Méridien Dania Beach is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue, expand our client base, and partner with hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will develop strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Fort Lauderdale area.

The role requires 5+ years of hotel sales experience, a professional demeanor, and a proactive, fast-paced approach to meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years sales experience, 2 year minimum hotel sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Present a professional and confident appearance.
• Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
• Understanding/knowledge of computers and Microsoft office.
• Strong time management skills.
• Understanding of respective market segment, competitors strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply and demand.
