Job summary

HHM Hospitality in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead account management, grow revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

You will interview, train, coach and supervise staff, develop persuasive sales presentations, and travel locally to meet clients and represent the hotel at trade shows. A hospitality degree and proven sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Proven track record in sales required; hospitality sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize hotel revenue by selling all facets to clients.
• Interview, train, coach and supervise associates to brand standards.
• Manage accounts and coordinate departments to service accounts.
• Develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Travel locally to meet clients and represent the hotel at trade shows.
