The Senior Sales Manager is a seasoned professional with experience in hotel sales processes. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, and generating business through direct sales and marketing contacts. The role involves preparing proposals, maintaining organized documentation, utilizing Hyatt systems, and coordinating customer service. The Senior Sales Manager may lead or participate in meetings and works closely with the sales and catering team, as well as the Associate Director of Sales and support staff. Leadership functions and project assistance may be part of this role.
