Job summary

Quality Glass & Mirror, a glass and aluminum fabricator headquartered in Omaha, is seeking a hands-on, senior sales leader to scale our wholesale business. You will lead the outside sales team, shape the sales motion, and own the pipeline, accounts, cadence, and results.

This builder's role requires field time, a track record of growing wallet share, strong relationships with glazing contractors and OEMs, and the ability to make fast pricing decisions within margin guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales in building products with 3+ years leading a quota-carrying field team.
• Technical credibility in the building envelope: glass, storefront, curtain wall, or fenestration.
• Established relationships with owners of small, family-run trade businesses.
• Built a sales motion before and got a team to follow it.
• Proven track record growing existing accounts and protecting margin.
• Comfort with margin reports, sales data, and CRM dashboards.
• Based in Omaha or willing to relocate, with travel ~50% initially.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and improve our outside sales team and coordinate with inside customer service.
• Define account priorities, call cadence, pipeline stages, and Salesforce discipline; ensure execution.
