Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships
• Lead, coach, and mentor junior sales associates to meet and exceed team targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market share
• Conduct product presentations and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients
• Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting
• Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and improve team efficiency
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
