M/I Homes, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to guide our New Home Sales Consultants. You will develop and implement sales strategies to meet profit targets, drive quota attainment, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching, recruiting, and cross-functional collaboration with production and marketing to maximize market share. Travel as needed and lead a team in Columbus and surrounding markets, with focus on performance, training, and competitive analysis to

• Specific training in sales and marketing techniques.
• Three to five years of related experience; supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the home building industry related to sales and marketing strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.
• Assign quotas and monitor performance and morale.
• Train and coach salespeople through company initiatives and the critical path.
• Analyze data to secure market share and complete quarterly reports.
• Act as liaison among sales, homeowners, production, and staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead sales team meetings and recruit/retain high-quality personnel.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency in the manufacturing process.
