Alleviation is seeking a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to lead by example in sales excellence while guiding and educating the team. The role starts with building a solid sales record and progressively transitions into mentoring high-potential talent.

The ideal candidate blends frontline selling with leadership, training, and teaching responsibilities, exceeding targets while maintaining hands-on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Has Active Drivers License and reliable transportation.
