The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, demonstrated leadership, and excellent communication to train, inspire, and mentor diverse teammates. Licensing training and fee reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check and have an active driver's license.
