ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales, Manufacturing (Moveworks) to lead a high-impact enterprise manufacturing sales team in North America. You will drive rapid new business growth, shape territory strategy with Sales Ops, and partner with executives to close opportunities.

You will recruit and coach top performers, manage forecasts and pipelines, and coordinate with Solution Consulting and other functions to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.

• Manage a team of Moveworks Solution Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth within a defined territory (Enterprise Manufacturing).
• Build and drive sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with Sales Operations to Go-To-Market effectively.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development and drive revenue by assisting Sales Executives in closing opportunities.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Develop territories and quotas for the sales team and communicate expectations clearly.
• Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
• Achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in C-level meetings to leverage our offering.
• Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Sales Specialists, Technical Support, and other teams.
