Job summary

Wesco in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales for Lighting Retrofits, Controls and Solutions. This leadership role drives strategic direction, sales programs, and territory growth across multiple locations, focusing on delivering revenue above $50M and managing a team of direct reports.

You will build pipelines, collaborate with marketing, and leverage Salesforce and Excel to forecast performance.

Qualifications

Experience managing a sales team and sales programs (3+ years).
5+ years of professional sales experience in related industry.
Experience at national, district or regional level preferred.
Strong planning, resource allocation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Drive business development and project-based sales for lighting retrofit, controls, and energy efficiency solutions across assigned U.S. territories.
Develop and execute territory growth strategies by building a strong sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities, managing order intake, forecasting revenue, and leveraging Salesforce.com and Excel to track performance, budgets, and sales activities.
Serve as a high energy, customer facing hunter focused on generating new business, analyzing market opportunities, cultivating customer relationships, and delivering innovative Wesco Energy Solutions (WES) offerings that drive customer value and business growth.
