Job summary

McLane is seeking a Sr Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and execution across assigned accounts, building strong relationships and managing forecasting and profitability. You will mentor sales teams, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver quarterly business reviews with senior leadership.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in grocery/sales, and ability to travel as needed. Compensation includes base salary with incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Two or more years of grocery, sales, retail, or similar experience.
• Ability to understand profitability of large customers and products.
• Leadership abilities including verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel as requested.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-level sales strategy for assigned accounts.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborations with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present customer business reviews and programs.
• Monitor performance metrics and manage resources to deliver value.
