Job summary

Oracle is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the AI Data Platform and OCI sales across the West US SLED market. You will coach a team of enterprise sales professionals, develop regional strategies, and drive pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

You'll build executive relationships with CIOs and agency leaders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion Oracle's multicloud solutions to modernize government and education customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience selling cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or AI solutions.
• Ability to develop territory strategies and forecast effectively.
• Experience selling to State and Local Government or public sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals across the West US SLED market.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit bookings, cloud consumption, pipeline, and revenue.
• Coach on territory planning, opportunity creation, executive engagement, and complex sales cycles.
• Drive adoption of Oracle’s Data Platform, OCI, and multicloud solutions.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and agency executives.
• Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting, account planning, and sales execution.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Solution Engineering, Applications, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Alliances.
