We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Leader, Boston, to join our team at Hotel AKA Boston Common as well as Hotel AKA Back Bay. Your leadership will help us enhance our market presence and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

About the Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and establishing strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee account management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
