Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development or relevant fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience advising and selling to financial institutions.
• Proven track record of successful sales or business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build commercial relationships with Ripple customers.
• Lead discovery, qualification, solution positioning, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain accurate deal records, including customer requirements and competitive intelligence.

Skills

Understanding of distributed ledger technology

Understanding of digital asset custody market

Strong network with financial institutions
