Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Product Manager to own the cross-border payout offering that enables global institutions to bridge stablecoins and fiat instantly. You will lead the roadmap for growth, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to build customer-first, scalable payment experiences.

The ideal candidate has deep payments expertise, strong curiosity about digital assets and blockchain, and excels in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment across geographies.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• 5–10 years in a core product management role.
• Passion for payments and curiosity about digital assets and blockchain.
• Ability to translate complex topics for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Global Payouts product.
• Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches.
• Lead the end-to-end payments experience across Ripple payouts, balancing customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives and align collaborators across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations; remove blockers and drive decisions.
• Deliver concise, committed communication to ensure alignment and drive outcomes.
