About the Role

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic client acquisition through a consultative, value-based sales approach. Your deep healthcare expertise and proven track record in closing complex outsourcing deals will position you as a trusted advisor to top health systems nationwide.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong C-suite relationships and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to drive long-term growth and client acquisition.
  • Consultative Sales: Lead consultative sales efforts for large, multi-year outsourcing engagements, tailoring solutions to meet each client's unique operational and financial needs.
  • Relationship Building: Leverage existing executive relationships and cultivate new partnerships with health system leadership to expand the client base.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline to support current and future revenue goals, ensuring consistent sales performance.
  • Industry Representation: Represent Wheeler Staffing Partners at healthcare industry events and participate in thought leadership activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation, maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in healthcare services, consulting sales, or outsourcing, with a proven ability to sell complex solutions to the C-suite of hospitals and health systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle processes, and solution-based selling.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar deals with a strong win-to-bid ratio.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a national territory.

  • Existing executive relationships within healthcare systems.
  • Experience in public speaking and participation in industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and account-based marketing strategies.

Additional Information
