About the Role
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Senior Sales Executive, RCM for a key client in the healthcare space. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic client acquisition through a consultative, value-based sales approach. Your healthcare expertise and proven ability to close complex outsourcing deals will position you as a trusted advisor to top health systems nationwide.
This role is ideal for someone with strong C-suite relationships and a deep understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive long-term growth
Lead consultative sales efforts for large, multi-year outsourcing engagements
Build tailored value propositions aligned with each client’s operational and financial needs
Manage a robust pipeline to support current and future revenue goals
Leverage existing executive relationships and build new partnerships with health system leadership
Represent the company at healthcare industry events and participate in thought leadership activities
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in healthcare services, consulting sales, or outsourcing
Proven ability to sell complex solutions to the C-suite of hospitals and health systems
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle processes, and solution-based selling
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar deals with a strong win-to-bid ratio
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a national territory
Preferred Skills
Existing executive relationships within healthcare systems
Public speaking and industry event participation experience
Familiarity with CRM systems and account-based marketing strategies
High integrity, professionalism, and a strong executive presence
Additional Information
Travel Requirement : 50–75% (Domestic travel to client sites and events)
Work Environment : Remote-based with occasional hospital or corporate site visits
Vaccination Requirements : COVID-19, influenza, and other screenings may be required per client policies
Motor Vehicle Check : Required for final candidates
