About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with Healthcare industry experience to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of IT Sales experience in Managed Services/Professional Services and strong relationships within the Healthcare industry (Providers and Payers/Insurance). You should possess a deep understanding of Information Technology, Digital Solutions sales, and professional services sales. Your role involves delivering insights, solutions, and outcomes that matter most to clients, combining industry expertise with innovations in digital, cloud, and automation across consulting, applications, infrastructure, and business process services. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role focused on generating, qualifying, and closing new business with C-Suite decision makers.

Responsibilities
  • Selling complex managed services, IT Outsourcing, application services, and industry-specific solutions such as regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational services, application management/support, digital workplace, BPO, etc.
  • Proven success in a sales hunter role with the ability to acquire new clients.
  • Passion for healthcare improvement and recognized expertise in Healthcare Provider/Payer/Payvider solutions.
  • Ability to articulate the value of IT managed and professional services to clients.
  • Strategically sell into large healthcare accounts and demonstrate successful deal closures.
  • Influence and interface effectively with C-level executives.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to meet quotas.
  • Assess opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of business, financials, market needs, and challenges within assigned accounts.
  • Align sales strategies with long-term business and technology visions.
  • Drive services sales strategies to achieve exponential growth.
  • Meet or exceed annual revenue quotas of $12+ million.
  • Understand competitive landscape and market factors affecting sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 12 years of experience in IT or professional services sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years selling to enterprise Healthcare clients.
