What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while maintaining a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.com
- Conduct a minimum of 12 face-to-face customer meetings per week for new sales prospecting
- Utilize Consultative Sales methodology to conduct effective sales presentations and engage in dialogue with customers
- Demonstrate key products and integrated solutions effectively within specified timelines
- Manage territory efficiently by prioritizing selling activities and maximizing time in front of customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4-5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in government markets
- Proven track record of sales quota overachievement
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations 70% of the time, including up to 40% overnight travel
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with key government contacts

- Experience selling complex software solutions involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and similar automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to adjust communication style based on audience
