What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly new sales quotas consistently
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.com and deliver accurate forecasts
- Conduct a minimum of 12 face-to-face customer meetings per week for sales prospecting
- Demonstrate key products and integrated solutions effectively within specified timelines
- Utilize Consultative Sales methodology to engage with customers and address their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4-5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in government markets
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations 70% of the time
- Strong communication and territory management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales within government markets
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and order-to-cash systems
- Knowledge of software/solutions concepts and integrated suites
