Senior Sales Executive - Dallas, Texas – Remote

About The Role And What You’ll Be Doing

The Client Engagement Director is accountable for the growth of an Ensono client. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working cross-functionally with teams such as Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering to grow existing accounts. This is an individual contributor role without direct reports.

What You Will Do
  1. Be the main client contact responsible for the commercial relationship and maximizing the service portfolio.
  2. Develop and expand executive and technical relationships.
  3. Drive whitespace growth and promote a mix of Ensono products and services.
  4. Build strategic partnerships impacting client and Ensono growth.
  5. Manage messaging on operational stability and enable sales of new services.
  6. Understand the client’s competitive landscape and identify whitespace opportunities.
  7. Leverage advisory, consulting, and specialist teams to identify needs and growth plans.
  8. Engage in client’s cloud and transformation strategies.
  9. Maintain account plans, strategies, and data stewardship.
  10. Conduct regular client and internal reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  11. Manage the Ensono Executive sponsor program.
  12. Bring the right technical and sales roles to new opportunities.
  13. Drive disruption and support client transformation goals.
  14. Maintain client relationship maps and partner with SDM teams to analyze client health.
  15. Use data to escalate issues impacting growth and ensure communication of resolutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in enterprise-scale solution selling
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace
  • Experience in a matrixed sales environment
  • Experience in managed services and consultancy sales preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate mid- and large-sized enterprises
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

The estimated pay scale for this role is $140K to $244K annually, depending on experience and other factors. Compensation includes base salary, sales incentives, and potential equity grants.
