Role Overview

The Client Engagement Director is responsible for the growth and satisfaction of an Ensono client account. This individual manages client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and works cross-functionally with teams such as Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering to ensure client success. The role involves developing strategic relationships, driving profitable growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the main client contact, managing the commercial relationship and expanding service portfolios.
  2. Develop and maintain executive relationship maps and identify growth opportunities.
  3. Foster partnerships with key stakeholders and alliance partners like Dell, AWS, and Microsoft.
  4. Communicate operational stability and service delivery updates to clients.
  5. Identify and promote new services within the client's IT landscape.
  6. Create and execute account plans, strategies, and growth initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews and manage client engagement programs.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to address operational and commercial challenges.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of sales experience, including enterprise solution selling.
  • Knowledge of the managed services market and experience in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Travel up to 20% as needed.
Preferred
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and confident under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and the ability to challenge the status quo.
Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $140K - $244K annually, plus sales incentives and equity. Benefits include unlimited paid time off, health plans, 401k, parental leave, education reimbursement, wellness programs, flexible schedules, and more.
