The Client Engagement Director is responsible for the growth and satisfaction of an Ensono client account. This individual manages client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and works cross-functionally with teams such as Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering to ensure client success. The role involves developing strategic relationships, driving profitable growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Salary range: $140K - $244K annually, plus sales incentives and equity. Benefits include unlimited paid time off, health plans, 401k, parental leave, education reimbursement, wellness programs, flexible schedules, and more.
