About The Role And What You’ll Be Doing

The Client Engagement Director is accountable for the growth of an Ensono client. The role owns the client relationship and leverages company-wide resources to ensure client satisfaction, growth, renewal, and opportunity. This individual develops meaningful client relationships to enable growth and client retention. The role involves driving profitable growth through strategic relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction via world-class delivery. Although this is an individual contributor role, collaboration with teams across Ensono, including Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering, is essential for account growth.

What You Will Do
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for the commercial relationship and maximizing service portfolio.
  • Develop and expand executive and technical relationships.
  • Identify whitespace growth opportunities for existing services.
  • Foster partnerships with key vendors (e.g., Dell, AWS, MSFT).
  • Manage messaging on operational stability and partner with Service Delivery Management.
  • Enable and sell new services across the client’s IT landscape.
  • Understand the client’s competitive landscape and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Leverage advisory, consulting, and specialist teams to build service growth plans.
  • Engage in client cloud and transformation strategies.
  • Introduce cloud native development practices.
  • Maintain account plans, strategies, and SFDC data stewardship.
  • Build and maintain relationships through regular meetings and reviews.
  • Manage the Ensono Executive sponsor program.
  • Coordinate technical and sales specialists for new opportunities.
  • Drive curiosity and positive disruption within client IT teams.
  • Support clients’ transformation goals such as cloud migration, app development, and data strategies.
  • Maintain client relationship maps including key competitors and sponsors.
  • Partner with SDM team to analyze client health and CSAT.
  • Use data to escalate service delivery issues impacting growth.
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
  • Influence operational and commercial challenges resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale solution selling.
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace.
  • Experience in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Experience in managed services and consultancy sales preferred.
  • Proven success navigating mid- to large-sized enterprises for opportunity creation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

The estimated pay scale for this role is $140K to $244K annually, depending on skills, experience, and business needs. Compensation includes base salary, sales incentives, and potentially an equity grant.
