About The Role And What You’ll Be Doing

The Client Engagement Director is accountable for the growth of an Ensono client. The role involves owning the client relationship, leveraging company resources to ensure satisfaction, growth, renewal, and risk management. This individual develops meaningful client relationships to enable growth and long-term client retention. The role also includes driving profitable growth through strategic relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction via world-class delivery. Although this is an individual contributor role, collaboration with teams such as Service Delivery, Pricing, and Solutions Engineering is essential.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the main client contact, managing the commercial relationship and expanding service portfolio.
  • Build and maintain executive relationship maps and expand key technical and business relationships.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities for existing services and promote a mix of Ensono products and services.
  • Establish key partnerships that impact client growth and transformation, including with account managers from Dell, AWS, and MSFT.
  • Manage messaging on operational stability through active partnership with Service Delivery Management.
  • Promote and sell new services across the client’s IT landscape.
  • Understand the client's competitive landscape and identify whitespace services.
  • Leverage advisory, consulting, and specialist teams to identify client needs and develop growth plans.
  • Engage in client’s cloud and transformation strategies and introduce cloud-native practices.
  • Maintain account plans, strategies, and data stewardship in SFDC.
  • Regularly bring the right relationships to the client and conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
  • Manage the Ensono Executive sponsor program.
  • Bring technical and sales resources to new opportunities and influence the client’s IT teams.
  • Listen actively to client needs and support their transformation goals.
  • Maintain client relationship maps, including key competitors and sponsors.
  • Partner with SDM to analyze client health and address operational or commercial issues.
  • Drive Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
  • Influence and coordinate with the SDM team on operational and service delivery issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of sales experience, including enterprise-scale solution selling.
  • Understanding of the managed services marketplace and experience in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Experience in managed services and consultancy sales preferred.
  • Proven ability to navigate mid- and large-sized enterprises for opportunity creation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

The estimated pay scale for this role is $140K to $244K annually, depending on skills and experience. Compensation includes base salary, sales incentives, and potential equity grants.
