You will engage with clinical owners, BCBA professionals, and administrators, leveraging LinkedIn and cold calling to drive new revenue.

The ideal candidate comfortably handles a high volume of outreach, understands payer dynamics, and tracks activity in a CRM. A nationwide US presence is required for this remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience selling RCM, billing, credentialing, practice management or EHR services to ABA, autism, behavioral or mental health providers.
• A track record of hitting or beating quota with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls every day and following up.
• A working understanding of how providers get paid: authorizations, credentialing, payer mix including Medicaid.
• Based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an ABA/mental health revenue pipeline.
• Conduct high-volume cold outreach and follow-ups to prospects.
• Close new business and drive annual revenue growth.
• Log all activity in a CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on late-stage deals.
