A Day in the Life: Senior Sales Executive

Are you a strategic relationship-builder with a passion for solving complex supply chain challenges? Trinity Logistics is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive (SSE) to join our team. This is a high-impact role for a true sales pro who thrives on creating long-term value through enterprise-level partnerships.


As an SSE, you'll be the face of Trinity to key corporate accounts - developing trust, delivering innovative logistics solutions, and growing our footprint across a wide range of services including Truckload (TL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), Intermodal, International, Freight Management, Warehousing, and more. Whether it's uncovering new opportunities or maximizing wallet share within existing relationships, you'll play a key role in Trinity's continued growth. What You'll Be Doing:



  • Secure and grow enterprise-level accounts through solution-based sales

  • Cross-sell Trinity's full suite of 3PL and supply chain offerings

  • Develop strategic account plans and manage customer growth

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Travel to meet clients and build deeper partnerships (25-50% travel required)

  • Keep CRM records and sales reporting up to date

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and customer challenges


Job Requirements: Is This for You?



  • 5+ years of transportation/logistics sales experience with corporate accounts

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/BI tools a plus

  • Comfortable working remotely or from one of our Regional Service Centers (Seaford, DE; Orlando, FL; Fort Worth, TX; Urbandale, IA; Scottsdale, AZ)

  • Self-motivated, professional, and adaptable in a dynamic industry
