We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Executive with extensive experience in Healthcare Payer services and technology to join our dynamic team. This remote position calls for a strategic sales professional with 10+ years of experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services sector, specifically with established relationships in the Healthcare industry, including both Payers (Insurance) and Providers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Information Technology (IT), Digital Solutions, and technology-related sales.
In this hunter-type sales role, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing new business at the C-suite decision-maker level, driving high-impact sales growth in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate is located on the East Coast and will work Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Efforts: Drive sales for complex managed services, including IT Outsourcing, application services, regulatory compliance solutions, digital solutions, mobile solutions, transformational services, application management, digital workplace services, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- New Business Development: Demonstrate success in a hunter role by acquiring new clients, establishing long-term partnerships, and successfully closing deals with large national Healthcare Insurance and Provider accounts.
- Strategic Selling: Interface with C-level executives to build relationships and influence key decision-makers. Develop tailored sales strategies to meet the specific needs of assigned accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Quota Achievement: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving or exceeding sales quotas, driving exponential growth in sales revenue.
- Client Solutions: Leverage a deep understanding of Healthcare services (Payer/Provider/Payvider) and IT managed services to craft compelling value propositions for clients.
- Competitive Market Insights: Stay informed on the competitive landscape within the IT services industry, using insights to navigate market dynamics and refine sales tactics.
- Consultative Selling: Cultivate a passion for improving healthcare outcomes and use expertise in healthcare solutions to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and own a sales pipeline, guiding opportunities from initial engagement to successful closure. Ensure the seamless execution of service offerings post-sale.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 10+ years of proven experience in IT Services or Professional Services sales, with a focus on Enterprise Healthcare clients.
- 5+ years of experience selling into Healthcare Providers and Payers.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed $3-5+ million annual quotas.
- Strong track record of net new logo acquisition and sales growth.
- Skills:
- Expertise in selling managed services, digital solutions, and IT outsourcing in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent strategic and consultative sales skills with a solid ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to create tailored value propositions and sales strategies for large national accounts.
- Strong understanding of financials, business operations, and the competitive IT services landscape.
- Ability to travel 40% as needed to engage clients and attend industry events.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Technology, or a related field).
