Lema is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to shape how customers evaluate and adopt our platform for third-party risk management. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate complex security challenges into a clear, differentiated value story and lead high-impact customer engagements.

As a pivotal member of the GTM team, you will influence deal strategy, guide proof-of-concept decisions, and establish technical credibility with security, risk, and compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Presales.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with senior technical and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into clear solution strategies.
• Design and deliver executive-level product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Translate platform architecture into clear business value for security, risk, compliance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Synthesize customer requirements to define future-state operating models and guide POC strategy.
• Own customer-specific solution narratives and integration materials that show how Lema fits existing processes.
