Position / Title

Senior Sales Engineer – RPA, AI, Process Automation

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will collaborate with sales teams and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, demonstrating how Kore.ai's AI solutions can address their challenges. Your focus will be on showcasing our platform’s ability to create agentic flows and applications for employee-facing use cases like IT service management, HR automation, and operational workflows.

You will also analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, bridging technical capabilities with business needs, especially in process-driven and RPA environments.

Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Engagement
  • Act as a technical expert during pre-sales, working with account executives to identify client needs and demonstrate Kore.ai’s platform.
  • Conduct product demos tailored to client workflows.
  • Analyze client processes and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop presentations, POCs, and prototypes to showcase solutions.
Solution Development
  • Design conversational flows and AI applications for employee challenges.
  • Document current processes and propose automated future states.
  • Advise on process automation, business logic, and orchestration, including LLM integration.
Technical Expertise
  • Explain technical aspects of the platform, including NLP, workflows, and integration capabilities.
  • Stay updated on AI and automation trends.
  • Provide technical support during sales, addressing architecture and integration questions.
  • Collaborate with product teams for client feedback.
Post-Sales Handover
  • Ensure smooth transition to implementation teams with detailed documentation.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5 years in sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise software.
  • Experience in RPA, Process Automation, or AI with LLMs.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI, NLP, and chatbot tech.
  • Ability to design and demonstrate enterprise conversational workflows.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and enterprise software (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Salesforce).
  • Background with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
  • Business process analysis and automation proposal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Kore.ai or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of RAG-based solutions.
  • Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, etc.
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, with additional compensation details shared during interviews.
